Job Title: SEO Executive

Role Overview:

We are seeking a talented SEO Executive to join our dynamic digital marketing team at Monk Mantra. The SEO Executive will be responsible for the execution of all SEO-related tasks and initiatives, ensuring our clients' websites rank highly on search engines. You will be involved in keyword research, content optimization, link building strategies, and reporting on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the development and implementation of effective search engine optimization (SEO) strategies.
2. Conduct keyword research and selection for pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns and SEO projects.
3. Perform competitive analysis and identify gaps in our content or areas of improvement in our web design.
4. Implement link building strategies and manage backlinks to build online authority.
5. Monitor and analyze performance metrics to understand SEO strategy performance.
6. Collaborate with others within the marketing department to manage SEO strategy.
7. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and changes with SEO and major search engines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in the field of SEO.
2. Familiarity with keyword research and management tools.
3. Experience with website optimization tools.
4. Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.
5. Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and WordPress or other content management systems.
6. Strong organizational and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. SEO certification from a recognized institution.
2. Experience with social media and digital marketing strategies.
3. Understanding of web design and site structures.
